Who We Are
Woods System of Care is a population health management organization that, through a growing network of affiliated organizations, provides lifecycle care to people with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, and /or behavioral health challenges. Together, we are building health equity that addresses major health disparities for people with complex needs and co-occurring conditions.
Our Organizations
Allies Inc.
Allies, Inc. is dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their highest level of independence. Children’s programs include intensive residential treatment for ages 14 to 18, crisis stabilization, and IDD treatment homes for ages 12-18. Adult services include residential services, day habilitation, horticultural therapy, vocational services, behavioral support, and medical care. Allies has two affiliated organizations:
- Abilities of Northwest Jersey offers training activities in daily living, personal health and safety, socialization, decision making, and communication to help clients develop the skills needed to acquire and maintain successful, meaningful employment, and to benefit from community integrated activities. Through customized programs and unwavering support, we empower people to reach their full potential.
- Abilities Solutions provides employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to full participation in the workforce. We achieve our goals by partnering with employers throughout South Jersey, and by offering employees who are trained, mentored, and motivated to succeed.
Archway Programs
Archway Programs offers tailored educational solutions for students facing diverse challenges. Through a supportive environment and specialized programs, Archway fosters academic success, personal growth, and prepares students for a brighter future. Programs include early intervention, special education for NJ students ages 3 to 21, respite care, and adult counseling and therapy.
Brian’s House
At Brian’s House, we are dedicated to providing a wide range of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with a strong focus on residential services. We take a holistic approach to serving individuals, including comprehensive medical and psychiatric services. Our mission is to wholeheartedly embrace, enrich, and empower all individuals and the employees we serve.
Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services
Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services embraces a whole-person behavioral health care model to improve coordination of care, reduce wait times, increase patient satisfaction, and improve health outcomes. The life-changing results that individuals served by Bridgeway experience have been made possible through outpatient counseling services, supportive housing, intensive support teams, and more.
The Center for Behavioral Health at Woods
The Center for Behavioral Health at Woods offers comprehensive behavioral healthcarefor everyone, including individuals with complex challenges. Because no two people are exactly alike, behavioral health services must meet each person’s specific, individual needs to be effective. Comprehensive behavioral health draws on a wide range of therapies, interventions, and support systems.
Legacy Treatment Services
Legacy Treatment Services provides compassionate and effective behavioral health and addiction treatment. With a commitment to personalized care, we empower individuals to overcome challenges, fostering lasting recovery and creating a foundation for a legacy of wellness.
The Medical Center at Woods
At The Medical Center at Woods, we offer high-quality, compassionate outpatient care for a wide range of illnesses and injuries. A National Committee for Quality Assurance Recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home, the Medical Center at Woods serves as a national model for providing comprehensive, coordinated personalized care for people with complex diagnoses and medical conditions.
Penn Dental Medicine at Woods
At Penn Dental Medicine at Woods provides comprehensive dental care for individuals with a range of disabilities. Penn Dental Medicine at Woods is here to help individuals with a range of dental services, including oral examinations, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, root canals, crowns, extractions, and more
Tabor Services
With a commitment to resilience and empowerment, Tabor Services provides comprehensive services, fostering positive transformations and building a foundation for lasting well-being. Services include foster care, adoption, independent living programs, in-home family support, and the adolescent initiative program.
Woods Services
Woods Services offers specialized integrated healthcare, support, and education for people with a range of disabilities. Our caring team tailors plans to unlock abilities and build brighter futures. From independent ling skills to meaningful connections, we help individuals thrive and shine.
Woods Community Services
Woods Community Services partners with the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs to serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have medical and behavioral health complexities. WCS works closely with ODP to develop individualized specialty group homes for adults who are on waiting lists or in hospital or institutional settings.
