Joe Montenegro Joins The Medical Center at Woods

Joe Montenegro MSN, CRNP, FNP-BC, has joined the Medical Center at Woods as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In Joe’s 25-year tenure at Woods, he has held numerous positions, most recently Assistant Vice President of Nursing. He has also worked in the geriatric psychiatry unit at Jefferson Bucks Hospital.

Joe intends to focus on enhancing patient outcomes physically and mentally by promoting healthy lifestyles including physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and maintaining open communication.

“As a medical provider, I find it crucial to practice with a patient-centered care approach where patients are actively engaged in their management of care and their individual needs, values, and preferences are prioritized.”

Joe earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Rider University.
