Erin Drummond Named Senior Vice President for Human Resources Strategic Leadership

Erin Drummond, MS, has been named Senior Vice President for HR Strategic Leadership at Woods System of Care (WSOC). In this role, Ms. Drummond will collaborate with WSOC’s CEOs and executive leadership to design and implement strategies that optimize organizational performance, enhance talent development, and foster a positive employee experience. She will oversee the entire talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee training and development, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Ms. Drummond holds an M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership and Population Health Management, an M.S. in Counseling Psychology, a B.A. in Sociology, and an ICF qualifying certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance. With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, she has focused on employee training and talent development, workforce development, employee engagement, and enhancing team and organizational effectiveness and culture.
