Every person deserves safe and stable housing, and we have a variety of services available to help, including services to address many of the causes of homelessness. We offer outreach to engage service recipients into mental health, substance abuse, medical, vocational, and social services.

Legacy Treatment Services
Legacy provides housing and treatment for mentally ill adults and case management for mentally ill adults who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.
Our Fastow Supported Housing Program offers affordable apartment housing in conjunction with case management, independent living skills instruction, post-secondary educational advocacy, job readiness preparation, and other supportive services for youth aging out of the child welfare system.
