At Woods System of Care, independence meets compassion, every individual’s journey is celebrated, and community is the cornerstone of care.
Our adult day programs offer a blend of support, engagement, and empowerment, and our caring staff fosters an atmosphere of understanding and respect, ensuring every participant feels valued and supported throughout their day.
Through a variety of personalized enriching activities, evidence-based therapeutic exercises, and social interactions, our programs promote mental acuity, physical well-being, and emotional resilience.
Our programs provide the opportunity for participants to engage in a variety of person-centered community and site-based activities that are matched to fit the abilities, interests, and support needs of each attendee. We strive to increase participants’ independence in activities of daily living, develop critical life skills, promote and help maintain the physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being of program participants, and engage participants in community activities.
