Julia Pfister Named Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer

Julia Pfister, MS, has been named Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer for the Woods System of Care. In her new role, Ms. Pfister will provide strategic leadership and vision to ensure the alignment of all affiliate human resources departments, employing a shared services model and working collaboratively with affiliate human resources and executive leadership. Her goal is to ensure human resources is providing high quality and excellent service in support of the WSOC mission.

She holds a master’s degree in Personnel and Human Resource Management and a B.A. in Business Administration from American University. She has over 30 years of experience in the field. Ms. Pfister served as a Human Resources Executive in several organizations in the technology, education, and banking industries before coming to Woods Services in 2001.
